To increase our capacity and expand our services, GTC recently opened a brand-new, 14,500-square-foot state-of-the-art facility, meticulously designed with our customers’ needs in mind and with room to scale for secondary operations.

Cleanroom manufacturing

The facility features 3,700 square feet of ISO Class 8 cleanroom manufacturing space, along with additional cleanroom areas dedicated to quality inspection, assembly, and packaging.

Advanced equipment

Our facility is equipped with 19 injection molding machines ranging from 20 to 110 tons from the world’s leading manufacturers such as Boy and Milacron. Our Keyence Instant Measurement System provides in-process dimensional inspection and statistical process control, and our state-of-the-art water cooling and filtration systems were designed to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainability.
